Scott Galloway, one of the most influential futurists and economists in the world, also known as Prof. G, professor at NYU Stern University, argues - in no uncertain terms - that WhatsApp is the greatest opportunity for companies to monetize today:

• It is the least monetized platform in the world
• In a world where customers, collaborators and partners are inattentive, overwhelmed by too much information and too little time, WhatsApp is the tool with which the company can obtain the scarcest resource: mental availability, a necessary prerequisite for every action, be it a purchase process or an activity to do in the company
• We all read every message on WhatsApp: Prof. G defines WhatsApp as the least used business asset

It reminds us a lot of the Internet 20 years ago, when companies started buying their .com domains on which to build their digital infrastructure over the years, which today is an indispensable reality
